MyopiaI've come to realize that I like things distant probably because I'm nearsighted like a wide open camera lens myopic, the doctors say.Myopia
I can't make out the details of far away scenes they are faded and fuzzy like the backgrounds of those artistic portraits.
But the advantage of this shortcoming is that my imagination is free to fill in whatever blanks my vision leaves the things we can't see are always the most beautiful.
So just sit up there, far away where you are all soft edges and warm colors and I'll stay here, just out of reach
